About this recipe:
A yummy treat for the children. This is a no-bake recipe that the kids can even help you make.
3 tablespoons golden syrup
225g milk chocolate
225g digestive biscuits, crushed
1 large bar white chocolate

- Melt margarine, syrup and milk chocolate in a large pan.
- When melted add crushed digestive biscuits and 140g of the Maltesers®. Stir well then press into a tin lined with greaseproof paper. Allow to cool.
- Melt white chocolate in a bowl over a pan of hot water, whilst that is melting crush remaining Maltesers® and set to one side.
- When white chocolate has melted spread over cooled milk chocolate mixture, then top with crushed Maltesers®. Allow to cool, then cut into fingers.
