About this recipe: A yummy treat for the children. This is a no-bake recipe that the kids can even help you make.

Serves: 16 

  • 75g margarine
  • 3 tablespoons golden syrup
  • 225g milk chocolate
  • 175g Maltesers®
  • 225g digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 1 large bar white chocolate

Prep:10min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Extra time:30min cooling  ›  Ready in:45min 

  1. Melt margarine, syrup and milk chocolate in a large pan.
  2. When melted add crushed digestive biscuits and 140g of the Maltesers®. Stir well then press into a tin lined with greaseproof paper. Allow to cool.
  3. Melt white chocolate in a bowl over a pan of hot water, whilst that is melting crush remaining Maltesers® and set to one side.
  4. When white chocolate has melted spread over cooled milk chocolate mixture, then top with crushed Maltesers®. Allow to cool, then cut into fingers.
