This is a quick, cheap and simple recipe, that me and my family all love. I have grown up with this as one of my favourite all-time comfort foods. I often used to have this whenever I visited my grandma, and was something me and my siblings would actually look forward to during our stay. The great thing about this recipe is that you can add anything else you fancy, and it still tastes yummy!
Double, treble or quadruple the ingredients to increase the number of servings.
You can add almost anything to this dish - chopped chicken, ham, cooked bacon, celery, etc. Simply add it in with the tomatoes.
