A very easy recipe that doesn't require a lot of ingredients to make! Modified from my step father, this recipe has never failed me and has always received good feedback. I haven't given strict amounts of how much spice you can use - just add until it's hot enough for you. (Super healthy tips in footnotes at the bottom.)
For a super healthy chilli dinner, replace the mince with diced or shredded turkey and leave out the cheese.
The addition of a tablespoon of Jerk BBQ sauce also goes well with this chilli - add when putting in the cheese. I never really stick massively to strict amounts and measurements - I prefer to throw in what I think would taste amazing until I am happy with it.
