    This is a very good recipe to have in your repertoire, especially when making toad in the hole.

    Serves: 6 

    • 3 eggs
    • 110g plain flour
    • 1 pinch sea salt
    • 285ml milk
    • oil or butter

    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Extra time:30min resting  ›  Ready in:55min 

    1. Preheat your oven to the highest setting.
    2. Whisk the eggs, flour, salt and milk together to make your batter. Pour the batter into a jug and allow to sit for 30 minutes before use.
    3. Place your oil or butter into each muffin hole and place in the oven until sizzling.
    4. Slide the tray out of the oven half way and pour in your batter.
    5. Close the door and allow to cook for 15 minutes without opening the oven door. Serve immediately.
