1tbsp garlic paste (or 2 cloves)
2tbsp chilli jam (or use chutney/cranberry sauce and add extra chilli flavours)
juice of 1/2 lemon

Roughly chop any large ingredients and put everything in a blender
Blend in short bursts, until the desired consistency is reached. Make sure you taste and add any extra flavours that you require
