Sweet chili chicken satay

About this recipe: A simple and tasty cross between a traditional satay and a sweet chilli dish.

Serves: 2 

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 6 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 6 tbsp peanut butter
  • 6 tbsp water (hot)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Prep:10min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:30min 

  1. Mix peanut butter with the hot water, soy sauce and chili sauces. Leave to one side.
  2. Either fry the chicken strips, or thread onto skewers and grill.
  3. Serve the chicken with the satay dip o the side.


If you like it spicier, add in a few drops of hot chilli sauce!
