- 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 6 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 6 tbsp peanut butter
- 6 tbsp water (hot)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Prep:10min › Cook:20min › Ready in:30min
- Mix peanut butter with the hot water, soy sauce and chili sauces. Leave to one side.
- Either fry the chicken strips, or thread onto skewers and grill.
- Serve the chicken with the satay dip o the side.
If you like it spicier, add in a few drops of hot chilli sauce!
