I had used a marinade for Asian style fish regularly with rice, and got to the thinking the marinade would lend itself to prawns. Then one day I had no rice left so I used linguine and now I cook this every time with linguine!! It's a family fave now, a sweet, spicy, yummy dish and best of all it takes around half hour to prep, cook and serve. I snap my linguine in half before I cook, just makes it easier to eat. I serve with warm crusty bread and a nice glass of light fresh white wine, but that's optional!
You could add a little less chilli depending on your taste. I hope you enjoy this quick dish as much as my family does.
