This chocolate mousse cake is a change from cheesecake and easy to prepare. You can use any kind of chocolate - plain, milk or white, or even flavoured.
This dessert can be made in advance and frozen. I have also put sweet treats and fruits in between the layers to add texture, you can play around with it and add what you like.
You can repeat step 2 again using a different flavour of chocolate to make a two-tier dessert, or more times if you wish!
