Crush biscuits, melt butter and mix together. Press down into a lined, spring based tin. Place in the fridge for later.
Melt the chocolate, cool slightly and mix in the cream with a balloon whisk. Pour onto the biscuit base and refrigerate again till set.
Just before serving decorate as desired using chocolate curls, sweets, etc.
This dessert can be made in advance and frozen. I have also put sweet treats and fruits in between the layers to add texture, you can play around with it and add what you like.
You can repeat step 2 again using a different flavour of chocolate to make a two-tier dessert, or more times if you wish!
