This soup was delicious and really easy to make! I have a stomach ulcer so I can't have gluten, dairy, tomatoes, fruit, sugar, fat and processed foods. I thought I would never be able to eat anything besides salad and then I found this recipe and not only can I eat it, it tastes amazing as well! Thank you so much for this recipe I have already made about 3 litres of this soup to last me the week. I'm really really grateful for this simple and delicious recipe. - 28 Jul 2013
