whip the cream with a whisk until light and fluffy.
whisk in the custard until it looks more yellow than white.
place half of the crushed biscuits in the bottom of serving dish, then add half of the custard on top of it.
now in your bowl add a teaspoon of lemon juice and mix that in add about a tablespoon of crushed biscuits in the mixture and about 25g of the syrup in it, get one banana and mash it up, once you have done that pour it in the mixture and mix it in.
put it in the fridge for an hour and then get it out splat syrup on it and add the other banana cut up finely on top of the trifle
if you want you can swap the syrup for strawberry sauce and put strawberries in instead of bananas.
