Cook off pasta and drain, then add a little oil to stop it sticking together.
Add some oil to the frying pan and gently fry off the onion and the pepper. When the onion is soft, add the garlic and fry off for a further minute, then add the tin of tomatoes and continue to cook until the tomatoes are breaking down, around 5 minutes.
Pour in the sweet chilli sauce and let simmer for a few minutes before adding the creme fraiche. If you are adding chicken you can do it at this point to heat through.
Add the cooked pasta to the pan and fold in to the sauce, stir gently for a few minutes until the pasta is heated and serve.
This is a quick and easy recipe and can be used as a main with garlic bread or as a side for BBQs, or salads as it can be eaten cold too.
