    About this recipe: This chicken has lots of spices and a touch of herbs; it's perfect for Sunday roasts.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 6 

    • 6 chicken breasts
    • 5g salt
    • 3g pepper (or black pepper)
    • 6g paprika
    • 10g freshly picked rosemary
    • 16 roast potatoes
    • 5g ground garlic
    • butter

    Method
    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:1hr  ›  Ready in:1hr10min 

    1. Melt the butter and add salt.
    2. Add all the spices except the rosemary.
    3. Pour the mix over the chicken breasts on both sides.
    4. Pick 10g freshly grown rosemary and add on top, so that the herb doesn't link on to two chicken breasts at the same time.
    5. Bake for one hour. Serve with roast potatoes.

    Tip

    Try with some vegtables, like carrots or cucumber.
