    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min

    1. Preheat oven 190 C / Gas 5. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray or line with foil.
    2. Rinse basa fillets under running water, and pat dry with kitchen paper. Place in a baking dish.
    3. Combine the garlic and lemon juice with the melted butter. Pour the butter mix over the fillets, the sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
    4. Bake the basa in the oven for 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

If you dont like parsley, get creative with your herbs. I tried some Italian seasoning once and it was lovely.

Used a recipe from another resource, but wanted to put them into Allrecipe and this was the closest recipe. Preheat oven 400°. Melt butter into baking dish, put pepper, 3Tb minced Korean garlic, Tb Thai ginger salt. Mix well and dredge both sides of the Basa in this and lay out in the baking dish. Cover with aluminum and bake 10 minutes. Remove and turn the oven off. Add lime jucie and cilantro, I disolved frozen minced cilantro into the lime juice and poured it over the fillets. Recover and put back into the oven to finish cooking in the carryover heat. Done when the fish turns white and flakes. Serve with the sauce over rice.  -  13 Oct 2013
