The classic yum taste was developed long ago when my gran came up with the idea. They taste like strawberry sweets only a great deal tastier.

Ingredients
Serves: 10
- 200g caster sugar
- 20ml milk
- a few drops strawberry flavouring
Method

Ready in:15min
- Boil the sugar over a hot stove. Once it has melted keep it over the heat and add the milk.
- After it has just started to harden, add the strawberry flavouring. Stir well.
- Pour into silicone moulds or into a tin lined with greaseproof paper. Leave in the fridge over-night and enjoy.
