Whiz all the ingredients together in a food processor or with a hand-held blender and pour into a glass and enjoy.
After trying this with natural plain yoghurt I've found that it needs a little something else to taste for sweetness (if you prefer it sweeter). Perhaps honey might do the trick. I have found that the Weight Watchers® layered fromage frais (fromage frais on top and a small layer of fruit purée at the bottom) works really really well rather than plain yoghurt, it obviously depends on what taste you're after.
