This is a great recipe that me and my husband love. I got the recipe from my late mother as I enjoyed it soooo much. I normally serve it with baked potato and salad, but you could have it anyway you want really.
I normally serve one pork steak per person. Hope you enjoy.
Very quick. Very good. Very tasty, although I had no dried sage so used dried mint instead. Perfect. Had it with home made chips and baked beans. Popped the leftover egg in the frying pan after removing the steak and scrambled it. Just a little egg but sat perfectly on the steak. (I hate waste) - 23 Jan 2018
