Serves: 1 

  • 3 figs
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled Blue Stilton

  1. Halve three figs and place face up in a preheated oven (180 C, Gas 4) for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from oven and top with Blue Stilton.
  3. Pop back into oven for 1-2 minutes more until the cheese begins to melt.
