Turkey and coleslaw wrap

    This tasty turkey wrap is simple to make and very satisfying. I make my own homemade wraps and love experimenting with fillings.

    Makes: 1 wrap

    • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
    • 1 teaspoon olive oil
    • salt and black pepper, to taste
    • 1 big handful grated red or white cabbage
    • 1 small onion, sliced thinly
    • 2 tablespoons grated carrot
    • 1 tortilla wrap
    • 100g shredded or sliced turkey

    1. Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, olive oil and seasoning; whisk well. Add the veg and toss to combine.
    2. Layer the coleslaw onto the tortilla wrap. Top with the turkey and start rolling, holding firmly. I usually fold the sides in and roll making an enclosed wrap.


    If you don't like mustard you can use any mayonnaise dressing to mix with the coleslaw. Also this dressing is lovely with a ham and cheese mix.
