Enjoy a savoury scone with a twist! As we cut the biltong we often have small pieces left over that we don't put in the packets so we added them to a scone! You can of course use larger pieces.
Having now typed this recipe in I am fighting urge to go and make some more myself again!

Really easy to make, actually used the remains of Biltong dust. Taste sensational! Only thing I changed was 40g of Cheddar and 10g of Parmesan (for extra cheesyness!) - 02 Sep 2013
