Moist lemon drizzle loaf cake

For those of us who love lemon, this is the perfect lemon drizzle cake. This cake is wonderfully moist, fruity and not too sweet. This cake also freezes well and is good to have on hand when guests drop by for afternoon tea.

Nicest lemon drizzle recipe I have tried. The cake was moist and tasted really lemony. I did find the cake took 45 mins to cook.

Takes around 40 minutes to cook. I added a little vanilla extract to sweeten it!

Lovely, turned out perfect. As others have said, it takes longer than 30 mins. Took 37 mins in my oven. I also used 2 lemons and 1 table spoon of lemon curd instead
