- 100g grated mature cheese
- a banana sliced and peeled
- teaspoon of butter
- two slices of bread
- mint to garnish with

- turn on your grill to medium
- place in your bread and turn after 5 minutes wait another five minutes the remove the toast
- butter the toast and place half the sliced banana on each piece
- cover both the banana on toast with the cheese and place back under the grill until cheese has melted
- remove from grill and slice into triangles and serve with a garnish of mint
Tip
this is nice as a small meal or with a side of salad to make a man meal hope you enjoy
