Serves: 6 

  • Flaky pastry (look at description for recipe)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, about 125g
  • bowl of water (no particular amount, just a bowl of water)

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Cut your flaky pastry into strips roughly 14cm long and 5cm wide.
  2. Get a pastry brush and dab water on both sides of the strips.
  3. Sprinkle your grated cheese on both sides
  4. Grab each end of the strip and twist, being careful not to rip the pastry.
  5. Put finished twists on a baking tray, then into the oven at 220 degrees celcius.
