About this recipe: This incredibly easy starter of ciliegine mozzarella cheese, with fresh basil and tomatoes is the perfect finger food for relaxed, informal summer occasions. Ciliegine mozzarella cheese is fresh mozzarella cheese in one of its most fun forms - small cherry-sized balls. This perfect little ingredient is incredibly versatile and screams summer 'al fresco' dining. You'll want to assemble this starter immediately before serving so that it is at its best. These are the simple and powerful flavours of Italy, so perfect before an Italian meal, a barbecue or at a picnic.
