This just a quick and easy dinner I came up with ingredients I had in fridge with pork medallions and using soft cheese to make the sauce I think tastes really nice. I made this just for one and never really measure as I cook but can be adapted easy - no exact measures necessary. Not the best photo but was not planning on writing up a recipe
Made a sort of version of this, with what I had, Main difference was I had about half the cheese and I didn't have the Jalepenos, and used a pork chop, we both loved it, I used about half a chili that the rain had got to in the garden, I would double that next time, oh and I threw in some sage with the milk and cheese, and doubled the peppers and added garlic! - 14 Feb 2018
