    About this recipe: Two ingredients. Two minutes to make. Melt-in-the-mouth loveliness. This chocolate fudge is truly quick and easy.

    Makes: 20 x 20cm tin fudge

    • 397g tin of sweetened condensed milk
    • 500g milk chocolate

    Prep:2min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Extra time:2hr setting  ›  Ready in:2hr12min 

    1. Chuck condensed milk and broken-up chocolate into a pan.
    2. Melt everything together on medium heat with constant stirring until smooth.
    3. Pour into lined tin or tray. Makes enough for a 20 x 20 x 3cm slab.
    4. Takes a good couple of hours to cool properly in the fridge, longer if not in the fridge.
    5. Chop up and eat.

    Works well - I used a double boiler which takes a bit longer but removes any possibility of burning/sticking. Tweak: Added 3 teaspoons of instant coffee dissolved in a tablespoon of boiling water for a very nice mocha flavour.  -  11 Oct 2014
