These chocolate custard biscuits are delicious and so easy to make. They can be made any shape at all with any decoration. The mixture is really easy, just throw all the ingredients into an electric blender and roll out to make shapes.
When cooled, dip the biscuits upside down into melted chocolate and place on greaseproof paper, then decorate with candy sprinkles, desiccated coconut, grated white chocolate, chopped nuts, etc.
I really looked forward to this recipe unfortunately there is no chocolate in the recipe apart from the optional drops,I added 50g of coco powder instead of 50g of flour and I also had to add some water as the mixture wouldn't comes together.here's a photo of the result. - 31 Jan 2014
