Billy's chocolate custard biscuits

    27 min

These chocolate custard biscuits are delicious and so easy to make. They can be made any shape at all with any decoration. The mixture is really easy, just throw all the ingredients into an electric blender and roll out to make shapes.

    1. Preheat oven to 160 C / Gas 3. Line two baking trays with baking parchment.
    2. Measure out all ingredients except chocolate chips and put into electric blender bowl in no particular order. Mix all the ingredients together for 5 minutes, stopping to clear the dry ingredients off the side of the bowl. If mixture seems too wet, add some flour. Add the chocolate chips and mix for 1 minute.
    3. Roll some mixture on floured board until 1cm in depth, cut out squares or circles and place on prepared trays.
    4. Bake the biscuits in hot oven for 7 minutes. Allow to cool down before moving off the tray.
