About this recipe:
Strawberries for sharing and a bit of romance. Serve on a plate garnished with mint and flowers, or for a gift, pack in a pretty container and tie with ribbon.
1 small punnet of large strawberries
100g soft marzipan
1 bar high quality very dark chocolate
mint leaves and small edible flowers for decoration

- Hull the strawberries and fill the cavities that remain with marzipan. Chill for 30 minutes in fridge.
- Melt the chocolate in a small bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Take the strawberries one at a time and dip the pointed ends in the chocolate, then place on baking parchment till set.
- Arrange on a plate and decorate with mint leaves and flower heads.
