Spanish-Chinese Noodle fusion.

    This is a sweet, spicy and interseting dish.

    • 4 packets of straight to wok noodles
    • Chorizo (as much as wanted)
    • 3 tsp worcestershire
    • Drizzle of Extra virgin olive oil
    • 3 tsp dark soy sauce
    • 1 whole onion
    • sprinkle of salt and pepper
    • chicken/ vegetable stock
    • 200ml water
    • chilli (doesn't matter how hot)
    • 3 cloves minced garlic


    1. add chorizo, onion and oil to a wok.
    2. when both are caramelised add noodles and chilli and garlic.
    3. add in water and stock.
    4. simmer for 5-8 minutes until noodles are plump.
    5. finally add in worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper. then serve.
