    About this recipe: it is realy nice

    Ingredients

    • 1big bar Cadburys chocolate for £1
    • 675g Cadburys Philadelphia
    • 150g caster sugar
    • 4 tablespoons plain flour
    • 3 eggs
    • 125ml whipping cream
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/2 of a packet of Digestive biscuits

    Method

    1. crush Digestive biscuits in a plastic bag with a rolling pin
    2. Place the cream cheese, sugar and flour in a mixing bowl and cream until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Scrape bowl.
    3. Melt 110g of the Cadburys milk chocolate. With an electric mixer on low speed, mix melted Cadburys chocolate into cream cheese mixture. Keeping electric mixer on low slowly beat in the vanilla and 125ml of cream. Blend well. Pour mixture into the prepared spring form tin.
    4. Then refrigerate till there is a bouncy suffice
    5. cut up into 10 Serve it

    Tip

    its best to Serve it with ice cream
