Easy lamb stew

    This is a really tasty lamb stew recipe which is loved by my family and me. It also does not take long to cook since it is done in a pressure cooker. Serve with basmati rice.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 2 carrots, sliced
    • 1 onion, sliced
    • 150ml red wine
    • 1 beef stock cube
    • 100g white mushrooms
    • 50g tomato purée
    • 2 sweet potatoes, sliced
    • 500g cubed lamb

    Method
    Prep:15min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. Place all the ingredients in the pressure cooker.
    2. Cook on high pressure for 30 minutes and then let the pressure release naturally. Takes about 20 to 30 minutes.
