About this recipe: Perfect for the kids during the endless summer holidays! Great for picnics or easy afternoon snacks.

Serves: 4 

  • 2 Mission® wheat and white pitta breads
  • 100g ready cooked chicken tikka
  • chopped iceberg lettuce, to taste
  • handful baby plum tomatoes, halved
  • sliced cucumber, to taste
  • mayonnise, to taste (optional)

Prep:10min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. Sprinkle a little water on the pitta breads, warm through and spilt.
  2. Fill with the chicken, a handful of lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber slices. Serve.


Spread a little mayonnaise over the inside of the pitta bread if desired.
