Chilli and orange marinade

    A quick and easy marinade, great for chicken and turkey; or for the more adventurous, salmon and prawns! Made from store cupboard ingredients, which makes it a great choice. Good for grilling and BBQ.

    Makes: 4 tablespoons marinade

    • 2 cloves garlic, or to taste
    • 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
    • 2 tablespoons orange juice

    1. Crush the garlic and add to the chilli sauce and orange juice.
    2. Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
    3. Pour marinade over chosen meat and chill in the fridge for a few hours.


    This is a versatile marinade, the chilli sauce can be as strong or as weak as you prefer.
    You can use fresh or from the carton orange juice.
