About this recipe:Did unexpected guests just arrive? Then this pâté is for you and you will probably have the ingredients in your pantry already. This is a fish pâté made with sardines, anchovies and tuna - just perfect on crispbread or toast. Serve with some lemon slices and cornichons.
1 tin sardines, drained
1 tin anchovies, drained
1 tin tuna, drained
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
juice of 1 lemon
salt and pepper, to taste

Combine the sardines, anchovies and tuna into a food processor and blend until smooth. Add all of the other ingredients, except the lemon slices, and continue to blend until smooth.
Turn out the pâté into a terrine, or individual ramekin dishes, and chill for at least 30 minutes. Serve with a slice of lemon.
