About this recipe: As a kid I had quite a few Easter eggs from across the family (terrible life eh?). Anyway jokes aside I use to wonder what to do with them, this is the most fun idea I had in many years.
Cereal of your choice (rice crispies, cornflakes or branflakes work best). If you want smaller portions, you can divide the mixture among cupcake or fairy cake cases. You can also eat this mixture without setting it in the fridge and without the sweetie toppings. I'd recommend only using 1/4 - 1/2 of an egg if you wish to do this as it gets sickly fast or pop the left overs in the fridge to set. ,br/> Adding grapes or your favourite juicy fruit is also quite a good treat!
