About this recipe: An idea that went very right. Slightly sweet rum flavouring to the burger, nice change. Serve with some fresh bread rolls or with your choice of side.
If rum flavouring is not available in your local shops, try searching online or in speciality shops.
Optional: Regarding sides, I put these bad boys in bread rolls but you can serve yours with chips, salad, rice or anything you fancy.
If you are going to cook them later, place down a piece of greaseproof paper on a plate, lay down half the patties, place another sheet on top and place the second half of the patties then cover with tin foil and place in the fridge until cooking.
