Place the chicken in a saucepan with the oil and begin to fry on high heat. Once chicken starts to whiten add garlic, cumin, coriander and salt. Cook chicken until golden brown and no longer pink in the middle.
In a bowl, combine the mint sauce to the yoghurt and stir. Add to the pan and stir until heated through.
For this recipe you can use 2 medium or 1 large chicken breast portion (approx 250g).
You can substitute the 2 cloves garlic for 1 teaspoon of pre minced garlic in a jar.
Instead of using 250g of Greek style yoghurt you can use 125g of natural yoghurt.
