For this recipe you can use 2 medium or 1 large chicken breast portion (approx 250g).
You can substitute the 2 cloves garlic for 1 teaspoon of pre minced garlic in a jar.
Instead of using 250g of Greek style yoghurt you can use 125g of natural yoghurt.
This was very tasty. I let it cook too long so was thick but then I thought if I wanted it in a hot baguette or pitta it would be the perfect consistency so will try that next time. - 09 Sep 2014
