About this recipe: Simple curried egg recipe with onion and potato. Perfect for any time of the day. Enjoy with white bread.

Serves: 1 

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or butter
  • 2 to 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 small potato, finely chopped
  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped
  • 120ml water

  1. Place small frying pan onto medium heat, allow oil to heat. Add chopped onion and 3 tablespoons of water. Once onions are soft add chilli powder and salt, crush together with fork. Add chopped potato, chilli and rest of water. When water has gone add the eggs. Stir until eggs are cooked to desired consistency.


Onions and potatoes to be cut into sizes of small finger nail.
