Cuban dulce de leche mini ice cream sandwich

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 1 pack Goya® Dulce de Leche Wafers
    • 265g vanilla or toffee ice cream
    • melted chocolate, to taste

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

    1. Place a melon ball size amount of vanilla ice cream on a wafer and then create a sandwich by squeezing another wafer on top.
    2. Scrape off excess ice cream off each wafer and then eat immediately or freeze for a few minutes and then dip them into chocolate and refreeze again for the most delicious decadent treat.
