Yummy and quick pasta dish, great for those dinners when you have not much time. It's so easy and quick I cook it at least once a month. If you feel adventurous feel free to add chilli, onions, whatever! Instead of pasta you could use gnocchi.
I would add a pinch of mixed herbs as well as seasoning to taste. I also used a white roux (1oz butter&1oz plain flour, melted and blended). - 26 Apr 2018
