Indian fish curry

    30 min

This recipe has been in our family since 1972 and not a year goes by when we don't make it at least once if not twice. The flavours are incredible and yet this recipe is so simple. Serve with rice and naan bread.

This recipe is heaven. I was dubious about that dish as it lacks of so many spices charakteristic to Indian cuisine, but I was really surprised how tasty and full of flavour it was. Five stars is not enough in my scale for this recipe  -  24 Oct 2015

Have never made a fish curry before so was a bit dubious at first but I loved it, even though I overcooked it. I used haddock and added some cumin and a little curry powder. Didn't have any parsley however it was lovely. Will definitely make it again.  -  27 Aug 2015

A lovely curry. I used super healthy coconut oil instead of butter, did not exactly measure the ingredients :-) and added peppers and red kidney beans. The kids loved it and even asked for seconds. In short a healthy, quick and cheap delicious family meal. Thank you for adding it :-)  -  08 Mar 2015
