About this recipe: This dressing has just three ingredients and without the expensive balsamic others use. If you don't know what to do with the left over creme fraiche you still have in the pot, it freezes well.
I really tried to like this recipe but didn't do it for me. As simple as this is of a recipe, I hate being super critical on the mechanics of it but I must. The recipe is to thick with the bleu cheese, it doesn't mix smooth at all unless you put it in a blender, in which is what I had to do. Then of course in breaking down the bleu cheese, the crème fraiche thickens to much. I had to double the batch in order to get my blender to even get the recipe smooth for such a small amount and then I ended up using 1/2 cup of milk to thin it down in order for it to pour. All the while I was totally disappointed as it was extremely bitter. Sorry, I won't be making this again. - 24 Feb 2015
