200gr green veg (e.g. courgette strips, sugar-snap peas, runner beans)
2 spring onions
2-3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
juice 1/2 lime (optional)

Put the noodles in a bowl and pour boiling water over them. Set aside for 15 mins.
Cut the squid into strips and pat dry. Heat some oil in a wok, and quickly fry the squid for 3-4 mins - don't overcook, or it will go rubbery! Transfer to a bowl.
Finely chop the garlic and finely slice your green veg, add to the wok and cook for 2-3 mins.
Drain the noodles and add to the wok with the squid for 2-3 mins to warm through. Chop the spring onions and stir through. Take off the heat, stir through the sweet chilli sauce (and the juice of a lime if using). Serve.
This also works really well with spaghetti instead of noodles.
