All-bran® loaf is perfect any time of day and particularly around tea time. Enjoy with a little jam like we do.
Followed the recipe. However I had to add more milk as the mix was very very dry. Didn't want to make it too wet but had to keep adding milk to ensure it would bind together and pour into the baking tin. The end result is very dry. The mix adhered to the greaseproof paper lining the tin. So much so that it was not possible to remove the paper. I am presuming that something very important must been ommitted from the recipe text. - 20 Aug 2017
