Place the cream cheese in a microwave on high for 1 minute to soften well. Then mix in the soured cream.
Coat the crab in Goya® sazon completa and squeeze the lemon juice into the mixture. Spoon crab mixture into soured cream mix and stir carefully until well blended. Add garlic, hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Transfer the mixture to an ovenproof serving dish.
Top with some Parmesan cheese and heat in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
