About this recipe: This lovely Caesar salad dressing is creamy, flavourful and tasty. Great drizzled over a Caesar salad, or indeed any other salad.


Serves: 8 

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tin anchovies in olive oil, drained
  • 80ml olive oil
  • 60ml white wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a food processor and blend until smooth. Chill and either store in the fridge or use right away over a crisp salad.
