225g flaked crab
2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives

In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the flour, salt and pepper. Whisking constantly, gradually add the milk and cook until thickened. Add the cheese, Tabasco® and crab meat and stir well. Bring to a gentle simmer then stir in the fresh chives. Remove from the heat and serve immediately.
