600ml full fat milk
1 pinch salt
225g plain flour

Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Grease either one large tin with the beef dripping or divide it amongst smaller tins like a muffin or cupcake tin.
In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk and salt and whisk until creamy. Gradually add the flour and continue whisking till smooth. Pour into the prepared tin(s).
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes until risen and golden. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
