    About this recipe: Give your popcorn an Indian twist with this easy peasy homemade masala mixture, made with spices that you're likely to have in the cupboard!

    Serves: 1 

    • 20g butter
    • splash of oil
    • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
    • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
    • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    • chilli powder to taste
    • salt to taste
    • 40g popped popcorn

    1. Melt the butter and add the oil in a large saucepan with a lid. Stir in the spices and seasoning and stir for less than a minute. Don’t let them brown. Stir in the popcorn and coat thoroughly in the sunny coloured mixture.
