About this recipe: This is a really quick and easy fruit loaf recipe. It's really easy to make. I always use a loaf tin but you could def use a cake tin if you didn't have one. Great to freeze too.
You could add different fruit or swap for chocolate :)

Really quick and easy prep, lovely crumbly texture. I used pre soaked mixed fruit which I think added extra moistness, and butter for extra richness. Will definitely be making it regularly. - 19 May 2015
