Amazing caramelised carrots


    These carrots are absolutely amazing! My family and I love these with Sunday dinner. Be patient and wait for them to caramelise beautifully.

    Serves: 4 

    • 4 carrots, peeled and ends trimmed
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 6 tablespoons brown sugar

    1. Slice the carrots into thin and long batons.
    2. Place the butter and sugar in a saucepan and stir together, then place over medium low heat. Once melted, add the carrots. Stir well and cook until the carrots are tender and caramelised. Enjoy!
